The location is fantastic, close to key ministerial offices, consulting firms, and Rome’s artistic sites, and the reception’s always‑on coffee machine and hot water are a real convenience, though the room itself was a bit dim.

The room was really small and very different from the photo on Booking, with no transparency about the sale; calling the property “Luxury” is misleading and the price is not justified.

The location is great, the room is large, clean, and tidy, but the front desk is not always staffed.

The location is very good, the staff is friendly and competent, the room is small but clean, daily room service is punctual and tidy, the bedside reading light is excellent, and the coffee machine plus free biscuits are a nice touch; however, the bathroom lighting for makeup could be better, the coat rack in the open wardrobe is too low for coats and jackets, and a grab bar in the shower would be nice, otherwise there are no major issues.
