“Worst holiday ever”
The room was fine, but the building site drilling and banging was constant day and night, complaints were made every day and nothing was fixed—it felt like a faulty tower for months.

The pool was good, yet the management was very poor and not cooperative.

The hotel was under renovation and the front‑desk staff offered breakfast at $12, even though it was listed as 200 LE on all hotel menus.
