The staff were very friendly and helpful. The ice machine was broken, the elevator was down, there were stains on the carpet in my room, and the breakfast food was terrible!

It was right off the highway, close to food and gas. My husband ate the boiled eggs for breakfast along with other items I also ate, except I didn’t eat the boiled egg. Two hours later he was sick as can be—vomiting and all—so we had to pause our vacation for two extra days 😪. I’ll never stay there again. I love staying at Hampton Inns during travel. The ice machine on the third floor was broken, and they should have warned us so I wouldn’t have to hunt for one.

The hotel shows wear and tear compared to my visit last year. Breakfast items were basically inedible, the senior bathroom wasn’t good, and the room, hallways, and lobby need maintenance—paint and cleaning. The staff were friendly and responsive. The cost is too high, especially the pet fee, compared to other hotels. The cost for what you get.

The location was great and the breakfast was always good. I booked this trip for my son’s 13th birthday and had requested a pool and breakfast. The pool was out of service until our last night, and on top of that our vehicle broke down, leaving us stuck there for a day with nothing to do. I just wish someone had informed us, because we would have moved elsewhere for a pool. Other than that, we loved the place and would definitely stay again.

The location was great, just off the interstate, and it’s also quiet with an okay breakfast. The check‑in process was a little confusing because the internet went down, which can happen.
