Only the location was acceptable. The room had just one coat rack with three hooks, very little light, a non‑working TV, and the host didn’t respond on WhatsApp or Booking. In the neighboring room, the sink drain was broken.

There was no breakfast. A few industrial croissants were available, but nothing else in the basket on Sunday morning! The bedding quality was poor, with a torn duvet cover. The walls were dirty. There was a hint of dampness in the bathroom. No chair in the bedroom. Very bad experience. The value for money was highly unfavorable. I would not recommend this accommodation. I hope this very negative comment will be published.

Nothing… 1 STAR – TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER AGAIN! I stayed at Suite Boutique Veneto in Rome and can say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a lodging! The hygiene conditions were simply SHAMEFUL AND UNACCEPTABLE! The room was full of mold, with the walls completely dirty, stained brown and black. The bed was full of insects and I was bitten several times during the night. The situation was so severe that I had to go to a pharmacy myself to buy medication for the insect bites! In addition to the discomfort of the stay, I incurred extra expenses to alleviate the irritation caused by the bites. The bathroom was in terrible condition: the shower head didn’t stay in place and kept falling. Also, the bedroom lamp seemed about to fall, posing a potential hazard for guests. Cleaning was practically nonexistent! Mold, insects, dirty walls, and a general sense of decay and abandonment. But the most absurd thing was the customer service! The property provides FOUR PHONE NUMBERS, but absolutely no one answers! I tried calling repeatedly and also wrote via email, receiving no response. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE TO PAY TO STAY IN SUCH CONDITIONS! I find it absurd that a property can accommodate guests in these conditions, without guaranteeing even a minimum of hygiene, safety, and assistance. I came to Rome to have a peaceful stay and found myself in a dirty room, full of mold and insects, even having to go to a pharmacy to buy medicine because of the bites I received. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE THIS PROPERTY FOR ANYONE! A nightmare experience, a total lack of professionalism and respect for customers. NEVER AGAIN! ONE STAR IS ALREADY TOO MUCH!
