The property is of exceptionally poor quality, and I strongly advise against it.

The staff behaved terribly and showed no respect toward the God G od statue, Mata Rani, and Ganesh Ji; everything was wrong.

The staff were not good.

Staff attitude was pretty appalling - they seemed to think they were doing me a favor by giving me a room, even though I'd booked well in advance. The room itself was subpar, and to make matters worse, they couldn't even provide hot water during Delhi's winter. No door mats either, which just added to the overall disappointment.
