The staff were always very helpful whenever I had a question, but I received a message from booking telling me I had to pay for my stay immediately and that I needed the IBAN, otherwise the room couldn’t be reserved; the hotel staff had no idea about this, and booking hasn’t responded yet. :(

Everything from the staff to the service and the way they handled everything was amazing, and there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel’s proximity to the office and its good price were great, but the breakfast could offer more options.

The rooms were clean and spacious with great amenities, and the staff were incredibly cooperative, welcoming, and always ready to help, so I highly recommend it; the only downside was a language barrier at reception, as none of the staff spoke fluent English, though they were very kind and tried their best to understand and assist us despite their limited proficiency.
