There was nothing special at the entrance, just a lift to the 50th floor and then back down to our floor, the same exit as before. When we arrived, they told us breakfast wasn’t included. I was too tired to argue and went to bed. The next day I discovered breakfast was actually included in my paid room rate, so I told the reception. They made a surprised face, even though at check‑in they had asked me to pay 100 yuan per person (claiming the restaurant would cost 150 yuan per person) and there were two of us. They later offered a hundred apologies and some small gifts worth 1 yuan each. I do not recommend this hotel. The staff simply lie. I received a package there, went to pick it up, but it wasn’t there. After long disputes with the courier and sending photos of how the package was left, the reception brought it from another room, not the one where it should have been. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Proof exists.

The food was delicious, and there was not only a shower but also a bathtub where you could soak slowly. I couldn’t get on the elevator around 9:00 am during the peak checkout time; the front desk is on the 50th floor and you have to pass through there to leave the building.

Almost nothing was good. They claim it’s a 5‑star/diamond hotel, but this is the first time I’ve found a 5‑star hotel where the staff struggle to speak an international language. There’s no minibar in the room, the bathroom has limestone stains from hard water, and there’s no washing service for shirts or a spa. The bar closes at 22:00 and there’s no room service. I don’t understand why Hilton would put their name on this place. On entry, there’s no AC and the temperature was 40 °C with 95 % humidity; there’s no taxi call service, and the hotel is actually a 3‑star at best. In the bathroom with the WC, there was no soap, etc.

The room was modern, clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast tasted a bit weak.

“This was the second time I stayed here given I was pleased with this hotel the first time.”

The hotel’s location and the views were nice, and it was also very clean.
