The place, the details, the people and their friendliness were all great, and the service was excellent. The spa, hot tub, gym, and beautiful sea view added to the experience. Nothing to complain about.

The room was comfortable with an amazing view. It would have been nicer if the whirlpool tub were enclosed in the room so it could be used better during the winter months in the South.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the view from our room was great. They truly accommodated us and our toddler. The restaurant food was stellar, and the range of options and amenities made it a complete stay. The only downside was the many steps—being uphill, expect a lot of stairs to move around. The beach and other areas are quickly reachable, but only via steps, though the forest route is beautiful. No other negatives.

The whole team provided flawless service, especially Bárbara at reception, and the view was spectacular with quality amenities and a complimentary daily coffee in the suite; the restaurant was excellent (pay‑per‑use and open to the public). However, cleaning was subpar, breakfast was okay but suffered from lack of refrigeration, leaving food exposed and quickly spoiling, and overall upkeep fell short of what the online pictures suggested. The nature around is pristine, but avoid it if you have knee or joint problems because of the many stairs.
