Everything is perfect. Nothing.

The staff were clean and tidy, but the bathroom felt a bit cramped.

I stayed there again and it was wonderful: clean, comfortable, and the shower was great. The staff were excellent, and the lobby had a neat little shop.
The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was nice, and the beds were comfortable; there’s always space for your car, and the tram is a 5‑minute walk from the hotel. Just around the corner is Opera 83, a great spot for lunch or dinner with very fine food. The air‑conditioner was noisy, so I always brought earplugs.
The room was comfortable and well arranged, and the adjustable air‑conditioning was a plus for summer or heat waves. The bathroom was small but adequate for use. However, there were many ants in the room, especially in the bathroom.
