“Si quieres visitar Bilbao sin tener el hotel en la misma ciudad, perfecto.”

The room was roomy with a small hallway separating the bathroom, and the exterior was stunning. It had private parking and the breakfast was decent. However, it was on the 7th floor and the windows were round, tiny, and high up, so you couldn't really see outside, which is a shame because the views are great. I understand the hotel was full for those dates and we got what was left. A light in the middle of the room would help, because the table lamps alone make it a bit dark.

“Edificio preciosos, interior mejorable.”

The building’s exterior is beautiful and having parking is a smart choice. The rooms are large. They do need updating, especially the carpentry to reduce noise from the roads, and the bathrooms could use a refresh too.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Excellent welcome, spacious and comfortable room, and a superb breakfast!

“Found the Hotel easy enough to find, was concerned about the parking but managed to find it ok.”

Breakfast was good with plenty of options. The toilet is located at the entrance from the parking lot. The parking area was dark, and some furnishings and décor look a bit tired.

A very large room with a big balcony. A filled food bowl was ready for our dog, which was great. However, even though we booked digitally, our details had to be manually entered again at check‑in; this should now be automated and pre‑filled.
