The room was comfortable, warm, and cozy.

The only positive was the location. The admin suggested moving the groceries into their fridge. The room smelled like either smoke or cigarettes, and the bathroom door opened automatically to the outside, so we couldn’t close it. Instead of a fridge, there was a wine cabinet that lowered the room temperature by 2 °C, which made the room hot and the food spoiled by the evening. Staff seemed unaware that the bathroom door was broken and that the wine cabinet isn’t a fridge. When asked how to fix the bathroom, the admin replied, “Where do I find a master now?” Breakfast and coffee were not offered. Luggage had to be carried manually up the stairs to the 4th floor, which is tough for everyone.

The hotel is nice, the room clean, all amenities present, and the staff attentive. There are a lot of steps and no elevator, making it hard to bring luggage.
