“A truly historic chateau well worth a visit.”
The chateau feels like a castle, with large rooms, a roaring fire, and comfy sofas. We were greeted with a cup of Breton cider, which was very welcome. Our room had double‑aspect windows overlooking the moat and the lake, a sofa, and a low table to relax. The bathroom was large, featuring a full bath and two sinks. The continental breakfast was very good. The chateau is remote on its own grounds, making it very peaceful except for the ducks. There was nothing that we did not like.
