The location is great, close to everything. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful! I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel is very well situated: the tram stop and the train station are 2 minutes away. Everything is close, a 10‑minute walk to the Grand Bazaar, the Egyptian Bazaar, and the beach. The Galata Tower is only 2 tram stops away. The area is lively, with cozy bars and restaurants on the neighboring streets. The staff were very kind and helpful; Mohamad always greeted us with a smile and gave useful advice, making us feel at home with his warm interest and Turkish hospitality. The photo shows that this room has a small window and the view isn’t great, but we were aware of that when we booked, and the price reflected it. We didn’t have a problem because we didn’t plan to spend much time in the room. I mention this so anyone choosing this room knows what to expect. The other room our friends booked had a beautiful view and even a balcony.

The reception was helpful; Mohamed was always ready to assist us with anything. The breakfast, however, offered very little variety and was sparse. This is my third time staying here, and the previous visits were much better.

Отличное расположение, всё в шаговой доступности, бары, рестораны, магазины, средства передвижения и основные достопримечательности. Достаточно хороший завтрак, было все необходимое, Очень хороший, отзывчивый и заботливый персонал. Помимо завтрака предлагали каждый день чай и турецкий кофе. В баре, в дождливые дни, предлагали пледы, зонты для прогулки. Разбудили нас в обговоренное время и организов али нам такси. Номер был чистый, но был запах в ванной комнате (пахло канализацией). Но так как нас не было в номере весь день нам это не мешало. Рекомендую!. Запах в ванной комнате
