“Awful hotel and support”

The only bright spot was the location. First, nobody was at the hotel when I arrived for check‑in, even though they knew my arrival time, and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. Second, there were frequent power outages, and every time I tried to reach them through Booking and their WhatsApp numbers, no one answered. The facilities feel very old, the towels were worn out, and after a long day without electricity I had to book another place. They promised a refund but never paid it, so I would advise against booking here.

“NOISY from strip club music til 6am! Uncomfortable bed. Terrible security. Roaches. Cute pool.”

The rooftop pool was cute. But I shared a wall with the strip club next door, and the music was blaring until 6 am, so I didn’t get any sleep at all. I didn’t know that would happen. The bed had a big dent on one side, the front door could be easily broken into, a huge cockroach came out of the shower drain as soon as I lifted the cover, and the shower water never got warm. I felt completely bamboozled – but you get what you pay for!

The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean. The room was very hot because it sits on top of a restaurant and the heat was coming straight into my room; I couldn’t open the windows because the room smelled like food.

“Un alojamiento como si fueras a un airbnb”

It’s in an excellent location. The only issue is that the pool closes at 9 pm, and from 8 pm onward everything is turned off and shut.

The location was good, and although I briefly wondered if it would be noisy, it turned out to be fine, well‑situated, and very comfortable. The only thing I’d add is that the pool is very small, but everything else is great.
