What we liked most was the surroundings. The beds were very comfortable and everything you could need was available. The cleaning lady was very friendly, and if you needed something you just had to ask and she would bring it. We brought our cat and there was no problem. However, even though it was September, the rooms were a little cool but nothing extreme. The fridge was uncomfortable for just two days because we couldn’t fit the drinks we brought (I dropped a bottle as soon as I arrived), and it didn’t chill much. We also didn’t like how poorly lit the road is at night to reach the house, but that’s not the hotel’s fault. The only regret is that we couldn’t have a barbecue, but that’s what it is.

The location is perfect for disconnecting and enjoying the tranquility of the mountains.

The surroundings, comfort, and cleanliness are great. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen could be improved.

The location is good. I heard people in the neighboring unit as if they were in our room.

The location was spot on, but we had a major issue with no hot water for over 16 hours - that was pretty frustrating. Still, being located where it is, it's hard to complain too much. Hopefully, they'll sort out the hot water situation for future guests. Overall, a decent place to stay if they iron out a few kinks.
