Senior Steward’s service in restaurant was good. Pathetic Standard and poorly maintained. Very unsafe for family. Electric Switches were malfunctioning and bathroom ceiling was leaking. During Checkout Other Guests were heard complaining about poor service and lack of hygiene as well

The hotel's location near the jetty was a major plus, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. The washroom was a major letdown - it wasn't cleaned properly, the toilet was dirty, and the old buckets had turned a disgusting shade of yellow. To make matters worse, the rooms were tiny and cramped, and the food at the hotel was just mediocre. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
