“Right on highway. Non Disclosure : Dishonest”
The photos were good, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was functional and clean. The property is on the main road between Ubud and Denpasar. One bedroom and all the living space were full of high noise levels and vibrations from the unceasing flow of traffic. I did not sleep. I left first thing the next morning completely rattled. The property manager did not agree that the truth about the location should be disclosed. I want a refund for 2 out of the 4 nights I paid for. This booking was made in March. Finding a new property during high season was expensive and upset several days of my vacation. I have taken a voice recording for evidence.
