“Ótimo custo benefício”

The service is excellent. Everyone was very courteous, but the reception staff, especially Wander, was extremely attentive and made a difference. The rooms were great and the breakfast was also good.

I’ve stayed at Altamira more than twice now, and it still feels like the best place to stay. The staff are absolutely lovely and went out of their way to surprise my husband for my birthday, which was a sweet touch. The breakfast was delicious. The only hiccup was that the second room I booked, the back house, didn’t have a TV, so my son and I had to share one while it was raining heavily and we had nothing else to do. Otherwise, everything was perfect as always.

The inn was really nice – staff were on point, everything was spotless and the coffee they served was simply outstanding. I’d come back without a second thought.

“Agradável”

The view from the rooms was breathtaking and the place is right where you want to be, close to the main attractions. It made the short stay feel a lot more enjoyable.

We booked a room that was supposed to have a double bed plus a single for two adults and two kids (9 and 11), but the single bed was far too small for the children to share, forcing them onto the double and making everyone uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they charged us for an extra bed that never arrived, so we had to pull the existing one ourselves, and the staff member who handled it was pretty rude.
