“Very disappointing experience”

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel, which didn't live up to the pictures. The room had several issues, including cleanliness problems, an uncomfortable bed, and a malfunctioning fan. The lack of proper amenities was also a letdown. Overall, I felt it was overpriced given the subpar experience.

“Once the property is ready, it'll worthwhile to stay. The staff is courteous”

I was initially excited about my stay, but things didn't go as planned. Although I wasn't expecting breakfast, I was surprised with a meager offering of bread and butter with coffee, which didn't quite meet my expectations. However, I was frustrated with the hotel's incomplete facilities and the staff's unhelpful response. I think it's essential for hotels to be transparent about their current state, especially when they're still under renovation.
