I liked the beautiful décor, the program options and the surroundings. I did not like that they did not inform us that there was no masseur at the wellness hotel, that we could not use the horseback riding programs and that was also not liked, that the reception staff on Saturday evening, August 29, was not in the right place and in such a style told us to leave the pool because it was closing, as if we were in a bar, not in a four‑star hotel. On the other hand, the receptionist named Nóra and the evening receptionist on August 30 were truly helpful. Also it was annoying that the ill‑behaved Polish guests spoiled the stay for many others and there was no effective action taken against them.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The outdoor pool water was very pleasant. We spent a lot of time outside. The pool is cleaned every morning. The food is plentiful, tasty. We ate very good dishes, drank super cocktails. The surroundings are beautiful. The castle’s rooms are special. I really liked the design of the rooftop city apartments. Next time we will definitely book there. The wellness could stay open a bit longer. After dinner it was nice to come down, but we could only spend an hour there. In the red tower we arrived in the room and the wardrobe sliding door was already broken and the toilet paper holder had also worn out. These are small things, just a heads‑up if they haven’t noticed yet.

A striking building with a great park, very friendly and helpful staff, tasty food and a wide selection of buffet dishes, and decent wellness services. It takes a little time to figure out where things are inside the building, but by the second day everything is clear. The town itself, unfortunately or fortunately, is in stark contrast to the accommodation.
A perfect place for relaxation. Friendly staff, excellent cuisine.

Breakfast was fine. Large selection, good service. The mattress was not reflective of the paid price category.
