“Excellent Service and Outstanding Assistance from Dilan”

I’m grateful to the Four Points Flex by Sheraton Ankara team, especially Dilan, for her outstanding help. I told the hotel I’d arrive between 00:00 and 01:00 AM, but I actually got there around 2:00 AM. The hotel was fully booked, and the last room still needed cleaning. Dilan was incredibly helpful and professional, contacting the manager and doing everything she could. The room was cleaned and ready, and I checked in shortly after as a complimentary early check‑in with no extra fee. I truly appreciate Dilan’s kindness, patience, and professionalism. She went above and beyond at that late hour, turning a tough situation into a smooth one. Thanks again to Dilan and the whole team for looking after me; I’d definitely stay there again.

We stayed here as a family and the staff were very kind and helpful; they upgraded us to suites at no extra cost, and the rooms were spacious and tidy. Breakfast was also good, though the suite facing the road was a bit noisy at night because of traffic.
