The hotel itself was basic and outside the premises. Next to the hotel, a gym played music so loud that the second floor vibrated from 4:00 am, making it impossible to sleep. The floor surfaces in the rooms were absolutely dirty; walking barefoot after a shower showed how poor the cleaning was. There was no housekeeping service on Sunday, and the reception staff were unhelpful and rude. I would not return or recommend it, the price‑to‑value ratio was terrible.

The place was very pretty, the staff very friendly, breakfast delicious, and the coffee excellent. However, only one towel was provided; we called for another and it never arrived, even after multiple calls to reception. During the three days we stayed, no housekeeping was done, and the sheets and towels were never changed.

The location is excellent and the staff are very kind; 10 out of 10, highly recommended. No complaints.
