“Equipe ótima, simpática demais”
Great team, sensational location. Cleanliness was okay but the room had a lot of accumulated dust on the walls, doors, and beds. It needs an outlet and a small light next to each bed.

The hostel was always buzzing with people, which made it feel lively, but the bed was a makeshift thing, there was a strong mildew smell and the pillow was old and saggy. It was a fun vibe overall, just wish the sleeping gear was cleaner.

This place feels super cozy—you really get that home‑away‑from‑home feeling, and the staff and volunteers were genuinely friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfy, and being right next to the beach is a huge plus. The only hitch is that without a car getting to Serra Grande’s center can be a hassle, relying on buses or rideshares.

The hostel sits right on the sand, though you have to trek through a busy street or catch a bus to get to the village. The beach isn’t as pristine as Itacare’s, but it’s a good escape from the crowds, and the women working there are really nice. Unfortunately the mattress was pretty worn out and the bathroom stayed a bit grim despite daily cleaning, and a mosquito net and an extra fan would have helped a lot.

Being steps from the beach and literally on the sand is the best part of this place. It’s a little out of the way from supermarkets and restaurants, but that didn’t really bother us.
