I didn’t order breakfast, but the water at noon was too hot; if you could cover the tap, that would help.

The service was terrible—after arriving from a trip, the front desk refused to check me in because of the time, even though I had a prior reservation.

The hotel’s facilities are shabby and unfit; having such a place listed on Booking is unacceptable, and my reservation was cancelled because the room was in disrepair.
