Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The room was comfortable, breakfast was generous and tasty, and the service was excellent; I didn’t get to use the gym and pool much, which I wish I had; several good restaurants and shops were within walking distance, and getting a taxi was easy. The safe was broken when I arrived and had to be replaced, and the TV couldn’t connect to the network, so I couldn’t stream anything or cast from my devices.

The hotel was really nice with great staff and a superb breakfast in a lovely restaurant, but it was noisy; the open corridor design worked well in Bali for ventilation but not in Bintaro next to a main road, sounding like a speedway track, and some guests shouted and played music in a common area where others were sleeping before 06.00.

Clean and spacious rooms, very courteous staff, exceptional breakfast

The staff were very friendly, the facilities were good, and the price‑to‑quality ratio was solid, though it can get a bit noisy at times.

We are family with 3 kids. Having the accommodation that consists of 2 rooms with living room and small kitchen is helpful. Good variety of breakfasts. You can hear the noise of the street
