“Ganz nett für ein Mal”
The breakfast selection was solid, the front‑desk staff were very friendly and attentive, daily room cleaning was done, the location was close enough to the center, and the area around the hotel was quiet. The room view was disappointing (courtyard) and didn’t match the pictures. Cleanliness at check‑in was mediocre: we found hair in the shower (next to the window) and the sink area was full of sand. The service staff were not very friendly and hardly helpful. At the pool the staff didn’t actively serve, and half of the orders were forgotten. We woke up several times in the middle of the night from the noise of other guests – doors opening and closing, knocking on the door, etc.
