Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The staff were very polite, the breakfast was decent, and the location is great. They could pay a bit more attention to daily maintenance – the shower and sink were leaking – but otherwise everything was fine.

I booked through the app, but when I arrived they charged me an extra 100,00 because app reservations only go until 19:00. I paid anyway, but the lack of care was shocking! The room had used towels, half a bottle of water in the mini‑fridge, and the housekeeper didn’t clean after the previous guest left. I reported it to the hotel and they replied, “just put it in a corner of the room and use the facilities as normal.” They sent me another water bottle, but I felt embarrassed – how can I be sure the bedding was changed?

Kind and helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed. Even though the room was clean, the bathroom box was all moldy.

Location. The rooms need renovation for the price I paid.

I really liked the hotel and the bedding was impeccable. The breakfast could be more refined, but overall it was fine.
