“Unhappy family vacation”
The resort was not finished and my family wasn't have a good time. You should not rented it yet or allow to cancel and refund since it's not really to operate. we pay so expensive to experience unhappy holiday. Everything

The bedroom itself is clean. There's good water pressure in the sure. There's also bidet so that's a plus for me. The breakfast was also okay. There's also slippers (flipflops) provided. The bed is so-so; I wouldn't say it's comfortable, but also not bad. I arrived in the evening so I the pool lookes clean and inviting, but come morning and to my horror, the pool is almost like a swamp! The steps and side walls of the pool are covered with molds/algae! I almost puked at the thought that I swam in it during the night! And for animal rights advocates, they have a caged monkey

I paid for the booking but when we went to the property it was closed, padlocked and no one is there! We contacted the property owner but they are not returning our payment.
