Most things were fine, but grabbing and dropping off towels felt like torture; you can only do it at one spot and only between 9 and 17. If you come from the pool or the sea you can’t leave it, and if you want to hit the sauna early in the morning there’s no towel.

The staff were friendly and the cleanliness was impressive for an all‑inclusive, but the rooms were small and the balcony view was not great, plus it was too cramped.

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious, the large pool and slides were fun for both kids and adults, there were activities all day and plenty of things nearby, the nights were quiet, and the buffet was varied and good quality. However, there was a strong sewer smell in the bathroom, the elevator didn’t work and you had to climb many stairs to reach the room, and people who book the loungers first thing in the morning made it hard to find a spot.

The view and location were magnificent, the staff were super welcoming and smiling… The meal was the only downside.
