Everything is very clean, the location is excellent, the hotel is very pretty and the staff are attentive. Air should be added to all rooms and the elevator should be improved for better mobility for people with limitations.

The food, the restaurant service, and the night‑shift staff were amazing, but the rooms lacked the necessary amenities.

This place is very complete and modern; the bedroom was spacious and the bathrooms are wonderful. The common areas are quite elegant and clean, and at night I really enjoyed the pool in front of the restaurant. The rustic style gives a unique touch, great for relaxing. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and they are excellent tour guides who organize various extreme activities inside and outside San Gil. It’s clear they know the region well. I will definitely return with my family!
