The villa sits in a good spot and really offers value for money. The room and shared areas like the outdoor dining spot and kitchen were pretty clean. The staff, however, were a major let‑down for what could have been an excellent holiday. There was one lady working with Josephine – I didn’t catch her name – who was quite unpleasant. When I asked her to clean my room she made a face, rolled her eyes as if I was asking for a favour, and only agreed reluctantly. I also asked her for breakfast earlier than I’d told her and she reacted with a sneer, which was totally unacceptable. The breakfast itself—simple omelette and toast—was tasty but lacked variety. The tea was watery and bland. The common areas, including the upstairs lounge and rooftop, were not clean, and the pool loungers were dirty too. They should have offered water or at least informed guests that it wasn’t available. My early check‑in request was denied, forcing me to spend four hours on the windy rooftop after a long trip before I could check in. On check‑out, traveling late, I had to shower on the dirty rooftop.
