Everything was great except the bed, which was uncomfortable. The breakfast was good and the two staff members, Grisielda and Chanteal, made us feel at home. The bed was the only issue.

Everything was excellent, with a variety of options and no repeats. The location fit our needs and the staff were great—thanks, Griselda. I had read that a hairdryer would be provided, but there was none, which dampened my appearance after the flight.

The reception was friendly and the place was clean and neat, though it isn’t in a nice part of town; it’s near the big hole where we went.

It was nice to experience some of Kimberley's history. Grizelda and the other staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and kind—she’s definitely a bigger gem than any of the diamonds found in Kimberley. Thank you for the lovely stay! Parking was not easy, but it gave us good practice.

This place is a gem, with the friendliest staff you'll ever meet. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, and the early morning chats are a lovely bonus. The breakfast is huge and delicious, and the rooms are spotless. I was blown away by the service and would definitely recommend it to anyone.
