Breakfast was delivered to the room accessed from the back of the house. The en‑suite room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The house is about a 10‑15 minute walk from the town centre on a quiet suburban street. The phone signal was too weak to send texts, so I had to step out into the garden.

When I write a review I weigh four factors: cleanliness, location, owners’ helpfulness, and value for money—all of which earned top marks from me. A lovely breakfast was also provided. I would definitely stay here again.

The hosting was excellent, very personable and welcoming. Breakfast was an excellent trolley of cereals, breads, yoghurts, fruit juice and fruits. Nothing negative.

Breakfast was superb, and eating outside was a lovely start to the day. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. I had to leave early for personal reasons, but the hosts were very understanding.
