The One‑Bedroom King Suite with Whirlpool provides a sea view and includes a whirlpool bathtub. It is air‑conditioned, features a flat‑screen TV with cable channels, a minibar and a coffee machine. The sleeping area has a king‑size bed, can accommodate an extra bed and a crib, and sleeps two guests. The private bathroom contains a shower and a hairdryer.
“Sobrevalorado”
The staff were friendly, the facilities were nice, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable, but the breakfast was plentiful yet repetitive, the bottled Andina juice was poor quality, the tea selection was basic, and although the hotel had a heated pool, it didn’t provide disposable robes or slippers, which I find unacceptable for a hotel of this level.
The place is well located and the rooms are comfortable.
Breakfast was good and the restaurant was very busy, a bit slow. The location is a little higher up, but it’s still easy to get to.

The sheets and bed were very comfortable and the design was pretty; we didn’t use the restaurant this time but had a good experience last time, and the bar was also nice. The price makes the inclusion of tea at breakfast seem appealing, but the lack of bacon and the fact that the eggs were cold were disappointing, and the bathroom door chain was often loose and let water run.

If you’re in Puerto Montt, Courtyard by Marriott is a solid choice – it’s easy to get to and sits in a quiet area. The building and rooms are clean and fully equipped, the staff are friendly and speak good English, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. I didn’t find anything I disliked; my stay was perfect.
