The service was very good and the location excellent.

The location is perfect, all city highlights are within walking distance. There are several cafés, restaurants and shops right nearby. The only downside is the expensive parking garage.

The décor is nice, but unfortunately the towel in the bathroom was stale and smelled bad.

The hotel is in the city centre, in a great spot for touring the town. The room is spacious, but the one I was assigned on the first floor faced a common balcony, fenced by a wall, so it was dark and hard to ventilate because it was easily accessible from outside. That’s unacceptable for a prestige hotel, especially considering the price. Breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant was good too. The staff were friendly, especially Pauline, who was very kind and competent.
