The helpers were very patient in solving my problems, and their response speed was quick; they never treated guests as if they were stupid 😭. I’m very grateful and will book again when I need accommodation. The luggage storage area is a bit small, making it inconvenient for large items, but everything else is fine!

The location and room are good; the bed is very comfortable, spacious, and the bathroom is great 👍🏻. There is no reception; they don’t answer or respond at all. The check‑in is very complicated because they have two separate buildings, so it’s hard to understand which room you have. The Wi‑Fi is terrible – we didn’t get any signal for all three days 😤.
