The room was fine and comfortable, and the price was reasonable. The location was fairly close to the things we wanted to do while in NOLA. The TV remote didn’t work, and I asked for additional wash clothes and never received them. Also, on the bill that was initially presented to me I was charged $100 for valet parking for 2 nights, but I did not even have a car. The hotel did reverse the charges after I told them.

The pool was great, and the staff were AMAZING and friendly. The front desk clerk made it so inviting from the moment we walked in. I really forgot his name but he was a big African American man who was funny as all! He made my girls feel special and comfortable with ‘rock, paper, scissors’. Valet or street parking. I’m not a valet person and just feel uncomfortable having others park my car.

Ubicación, limpieza y viaje con mi hermana por 4 días: tuvimos una buena experiencia en general. No le doy 10 porque el staff pudo haber sido más servicial
