The hot water actually worked, but the shower holder was broken, the bathroom had a lot of mold, and some wall sections were peeling; the worst part was that after flushing, water flooded the doorway and then the whole room lost power, yet the staff managed to move us to another room, otherwise our family of seven would have been stuck looking for a hotel that night.
I had a decent stay at this hotel, appreciating the variety of coffee shops nearby, but was somewhat let down by the facilities. The hotel's location is great for coffee lovers, but I felt that the amenities could be improved. Overall, it's a mixed experience.
