The reception was nicer and the lunch was good, but the second day was completely cancelled because of bad weather. Brunch and breakfast were combined, drinks were mega expensive, and there was no discount even though a whole day was cancelled. It was very bad, overcrowded, and the stops were far too short.

The location is fantastic, with the beach just about 150 m away; the hotel is new, well maintained, and offers a clean and comfortable environment for families with children.

Communication with Jade via WhatsApp was fantastic; the rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were great. I liked everything.

The crew worked hard to keep everyone comfortable and the vibe felt welcoming right from the start. We especially liked kayaking and the evening program, all organized smoothly with no rush, making it a trip we'd gladly repeat.

The landscapes were absolutely stunning, but what stood out most was the level of service. The staff membered guests by name, checked in regularly to make sure everyone was comfortable, and created a welcoming atmosphere on board. The activities were enjoyable without feeling rushed, and the accommodations were exactly as described
