I was annoyed that when I politely asked the staff to change the bedding, they just ignored me and left the bed as it was, even though we paid over 12,000; they refused to adjust our bedding for three days.

The garden was peaceful and the scenery was nice.

The value for money was excellent and the on‑site pool was good, but walking to Arona Beach felt a bit far.

A very nice, relaxing place with friendly staff. The big resort in front of it blocks direct access to the beach.
