The location is great for business travelers since it’s close to almost all local companies in Penang. The price is budget‑friendly and the staff speak good English. I really appreciated the hospitality shown by Mr. Archer Hng, who was supportive and considerate. The room is very small and compact. Breakfast is poor, with limited choices, and I could hardly find anything good to eat during my stay.
