Third, the room bathroom had small crumbs on the tiles. Fourth, the entire spa area was out of service. While that may not be crucial for everyone, I chose this hotel specifically for its breakfast and spa, hoping to unwind after a long car trip and a hectic day. It would have been better to disable unavailable services on Booking rather than leave guests in the dark. Overall, the hotel has potential if it’s better maintained and taken seriously. The staff mentioned that renovations would start the following week; perhaps a heads‑up would have helped.
