The guesthouse was very pretty, located right next to all the sights, and you could park your car in front. The staff were kind, attentive, and went out of their way to help. Breakfast on site was available, incredible and very generous.

The apartment was large and close to the medina. The staff were friendly and eager to help, but a language barrier made it very difficult. The beds were very hard, the curtains were not blackout and there was no curtain on the balcony door. The kitchen was present but without equipment; the sink was not properly connected, so it couldn't be used. A strong stench came from the bathroom drain. It took at least 5 minutes to get hot water.

The kindness of Mr. Bilalle, the receptionist Boutaina, and another young lady was appreciated. Nothing else.

The location was good, and the terrace was pleasant. The room was narrow with no storage. The bathroom in the room was mediocre (no bath mat, shower curtain in poor condition). The reception was not warm.
