The hotel is well situated, but the staff don’t speak English, which is a big issue; one employee near reception constantly pushes us to go to the casino, likely for commission, and seems focused only on that promotion.

The spot is spot-on, the food hits the mark, the room feels cozy and loads of perks. Still, the room‑service list could use a fresh printout with current prices, the TV tends to freeze a bit because of its software, a head‑rest cushion would make the bathtub nicer, and no bathrobes were offered.

We had a fantastic stay: the room was immaculate, the bedding super comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful, so we definitely recommend Ramada and plan to return.

The place is clean. The staff, however, fell short – my reservation said breakfast was included, yet it wasn't delivered.
