“Great Place To Stay Will Be Returning.”
Fantastic place to stay greeted on arrival at reception by Shyne who was very friendly and helpful during my entire stay. My room was presented in top condition with everything clean and in working order and a very comfortable bed. The communal kitchen was spotless and provided all that was needed to prepare whatever meal you felt like making. All the staff were friendly and great at their job which really made my stay super enjoyable
The reception lady’s welcome was lovely and very friendly, but the room felt a little run down and low on maintenance, and we noticed raised carpet tiles that could be a trip hazard.
“Sleep was terrible because bed was terrible”
The shower was good, but the bed was hard.

The receptionist was brilliant, kind and courteous, going out of her way to address our issues immediately; there were plenty of towels and bathmats, plus hand cleaner, shampoo and conditioner, and the room had a kettle and microwave, with reverse‑cycle air conditioning that kept the room warm at 3° in the morning. However, the uncleaned microwave still smelled of pizza from a previous guest, the rooms lack glassware beyond cups, the curtains have fallen off their hooks and need repair, and the door lock in room 12 is very difficult to open with the key and from the inside with the locking knob.
