The staff were polite and competent, but the hotel itself was a business‑style place that fell short of expectations; the value for money was inadequate and the service felt too pricey for what was offered.

Getting to CDG was a breeze with public transport, and the hotel looked spotless. The room and bathroom were roomy, breakfast options were excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We were grateful for the clear email directions to the hotel. Nothing else stands out.
