The staff were friendly and the hotel looked tidy, and we enjoyed the breakfast and various services. However, we kept getting power outages in our room; the first cut prompted a call to reception, but the technician didn’t arrive until we called again. The issue was only temporarily fixed and happened again the next day, forcing the hotel to move us to a different room, which was quite unpleasant and disrupted our stay; a quicker and permanent fix on the first report would have helped.
