Location was really convenient to visit Vienna and I enjoyed that each floor has its own theme
Staff was very pleasant

“Storfornøyd med oppholdet”
The staff were helpful; the extra bed was a bit hard but was fixed immediately, and we also missed two suitcases upon arrival, but the reception handled it well.
