The staff were friendly, the location was good, the hotel was quiet, the sheets were new and crisp, and there was a safe in the wardrobe. The bathrooms needed a serious upgrade—at this price you expect a pristine bathroom. The TV was useless because the channels were boring, and the phone on the nightstand was dusty; the cleaning staff seemed to overlook it. If the bathroom hadn’t been an issue, I would have been completely satisfied.

The bed was comfortable, the location was right next to the tram and metro, and you could walk to the old town in about 25 minutes. The pillows were too hollow, the shower cabin was too small, the door locks didn’t feel secure enough, and there was no towel hook in the bathroom.
