The room sits in a quiet interior and is incredibly clean. Communication was timely and attentive, though a bit impersonal. The flexibility with check‑in times is very useful for travelers. The area is peaceful and well connected, with the metro just a few steps away. The room’s décor feels somewhat bland and the price isn’t especially competitive, but it matches the city’s standards.

A gem on Rome’s map. At the entrance, rooms and common areas were cooled by air conditioning. Because the owner was so courteous, we were able to check in even earlier than the standard 12:00 check‑in time, something I’ve never experienced before. Clear self‑check‑in instructions. Very quick and friendly contact with the owner in English. The rooms are new, very clean, and modernly furnished. Comfortable beds, white linens and towels. Pergola‑covered balconies provide privacy. Elevator. Power outlets close to the bed. The room price includes milk and a large bottle of water. The kitchen is modern—everything from a dishwasher to a coffee machine is available. Breakfast is Roman‑style: croissant, flakes, coffee, toast, jam—prepared by yourself. Some people write about the area around the building—no exaggeration, that’s how it looks. The most important thing is that it’s safe here. The only downside is that parking right under the building is very hard to find. For motorists, we recommend the guarded garage on the neighboring main street.

The property has all the comforts. The room has an en‑suite bathroom and air conditioning. The décor is modern and the mattress is extremely comfortable.
